Cold Tea on a Cold and Snowy Evening ...

With only one brief update over at "At the Half Note," we are left to surmise that Katie and her crew are having a wonderful time in Sedona at the Film Festival screening Cold Tea ...

Closer to home: on Thursday night, in spite of the storm, Ross and Bonnie graciously allowed the viewing of Cold Tea on the TV at the Real Life Chipperfields Coffee Company. Like the recent Jazz Band concert, perhaps this may be the first of other Film showings at our favourite coffee shop on Main St ... either way, it was a fabulous way to spend a wintery evening ...

There was a small crowd of about a dozen or so people, and they responded well to the film. Admittedly, Cold Tea isn't typical Rural Prairie film fare, but those who saw it seemed to enjoy what is a delightful and quirky short film ...

I have to wonder if Cold Tea has been recieved as well, or better in Sedona ... I can't wait to hear from Katie when she returns to the Blogger Universe ... but for now - in honour of Katie and her delightful film I offer the following latin inscription:

"Cum Musis deditus non sim, nosco quod amo!!"
(any one willing to attempt a translation??)
